Found a glitch

It occurred on Blackbeards ship after I completed the pyramid challenge. Suddenly, I wasnt able to do anything. I couldnt even access the hints. For some reason I could still activate my crowbar and the settings, but nothing else.
It happens again during Sundial. If you read the message explaining the "minesweeper" painting game, the screen becomes unresponsive except for the settings button.
